Introduction: In this tutorial, you will learn How to Remove Pattern Lock in any MediaTek Device using the SP Flash Tool on Computer.
Things You Will Need for this Guide:
- A Windows PC
- Installed MTK USB VCOM driver
- Stock firmware of your MediaTek device
- Smart Phone Flash Tool (SP Flash Tool)
- Your device should have a battery backup of more than 40% will be good enough.
Remove Pattern Lock in MediaTek Device
Step 1: Download and Install MTK USB VCOM driver on your Computer. If the driver already installed in your computer, skip this step.
Step 2: Stock firmware of your MediaTek device for removing pattern lock.
Step 3: Download the latest version of SP Flash Tool and Extract downloaded zip files on your computer and then open the SP Flash Tool.
Step 4: Click choose on the Scatter-loading tab, and browse where you have extracted your Android device firmware and select scatter file. (You will find the scatter file in your device firmware folder).
Step 5: After loading the Scatter you will see the following screen.
Step 6: Select Download method as Download Only.
Step 7: Uncheck all boxes except USRDATA.
Step 8: Now click on the Download button.
Turn Off Your Phone and Connect to the Computer
Step 9: Now, Connect your phone in Switched off mode to the Computer with a USB cable while holding boot key (Volume Up + Power or Volume Down + Power)
Step 10: Once the Computer detects your device, you will be able to see a progress bar that will run at the bottom of the SP Flash Tool window, and it will take around 30 to 40 seconds to complete the process. After the process completed, you will see a Green indicate screen “Download OK it means that you have successfully remove Pattern Lock in MediaTek Device using the SP Flash Tool.
Step 11: Now disconnect your device to the computer and turn it on and wait for a few minutes as it will take some time to boot up.
